I am so thankful to zenith nuttition for such high quality herb " milk thistle".....i had constant pain in my upper tummy from last 2 yrs...i had gone to endless doctors nd nobody knows the exact reason behind pain...i was actually feeling very hopeless at times...i kept on searching on net for some remedy to ease out my pain..then i read somewhere abt milk thistle..frankly i never heard of this herb before...but i was so desperate to try anything to get rid of my epigastric pain....nd i ordered this product....nd just after 15 days of taking it twice a day with meal , my pain has decreased a lot....nd now i have no pain...i never wrote any review abt any product till date....but i m really really thankful to this brand for giving me such high quality milk thistle.....

I bought this after seeing the number of reviews.It is in a capsule form.Bought this for fatty liver.taking this twice a day for nearly a month ,with controlled deit and exercise .Cant see much difference as of now.Anyway we have planned​ to take it for two more months.you can't except great changes with in a month.🙂Hoping for the best.Good package and timely delivery by Amazon.Thank you.

when I gazed upon the box it didn't gave me any premium vibe. the capsules shell were too large and when I squeezed it, only half or quarter of them had powder in it. I didn't knew Zenith nutrition needs air in their capsules like packet of chips. I don't feel any positive results, nor do I feel this product is high quality. It increased my pain in liver instead. Never trying this product again. I can't believe those who gave this product 5 star reviews when it's clearly not worth it.

These milk thistle capsule are olive green in color. These are moderately sized and easy to take along with the water. These capsules are taken by me after the meal and only one per day. I often forget to take but that is fine there is no such things as they are only supplement like the iron, calcium etc that we take. Milk thistle benefits work by drawing toxins out of the body that can cause a range of symptoms and diseases including cancer development, high cholesterol, diabetes, kidney stones, gall bladder disorders, negative effects of chemotherapy, alcohol use, skin damage etc

Found it good for my son who had undergone a gall bladder removal..silvermarine is another name for milk thistle(bel katua in hindi) meant to protect liver.

after taking this before food in morning my stomach fill with gas.. its a side effect of this ...so i stop using this after 10 days ...
