Easy to use. Easy to setup
The converter is easy to use. You simply plug into the USB port to get the system setup. Windows can automatically go out and find the right driver. I was able to get it setup within 5 minutes to get rid of the driver error issue. The screws are small though. Need a fine point flat head screw driver. Would have been nice to have included one.

Excelente construcción
Este aparato sirve para usar el protocolo de comunicaciones Modbus mediante RS485 o RS422. Su construcción es excelente y resulta muy fácil de instalar y de usar. Para lo primero, simplemente hay que conectarlo a una entrada USB-C e inmediatamente se instala el driver sin ningún problema, quedando listo para usarse. En cuanto al uso, el tener la regleta incorporada es un gran acierto porque facilita mucho la conexión al Modbus para probar señales. Excelente aparato para quienes tengan necesidad de utilizar el protocolo Modbus.

Worked well for RS-485 comms to industrial equipment
Worked great on the first try. I used this to connect to industrial equipment via RS-485, communicating MODBUS. The adapter worked well and was my first kick at trying a USB-C adapter. I've used it a dozen times, since, and its been flawless. The screw terminals on this also seem to work better than some of the other options (even those from the same company).
