Rice packet was received torned from bottom all the rice was scattered in polybasic, I have requested for return but return rejected , not fair

Rotten rice with fungus lumps and smell
A bag of rotten rice. Not the quality level of dawat. It was smelling and funguses were formed making lump of rice. Happened to open after 15 days of delivery. Never to buy rice from here.
