A good product for immediate recoupe of energy. However must be taken under supervision and with due care if you are alergic. not to be used on daily basis as it may lead to damaging your normal body functions

Probably the best tasting energy gel I’ve ever had. Salt content can’t be that high. But the packets are well proportioned and definitely tastes better than GU. Will buy again.
