Can i run upto 3 km by using this??

To run 3 kms, you have to train for it. First you have to do brisk walking for three weeks followed by run/ walk for the following week. After one month you may be able to run 3 kms. Fast & Up can help you getting nutrition before a run, but solely by taking this gel you cannot run 3 kms.

How many gel packets use in one day

5 mins before workout. One after every 45 mins. Assuming that you running half marathon then maybe 2 to 3 max. Hope this helps.
