Very happy with my purchase. It is almost tasteless and seems to work well. It has a relaxing quality. I wanted a high potency.

The product doesn’t work. It’s basically coconut MCT oil. After a week of taking this product, I haven’t noticed any positive effects or a higher quality of sleep or a reduction in pain relief. Taste is not bad. But it’s difficult to gauge the quality of the product. I don’t recommend. Save your money.

It worked for a few weeks then it wasn't strong enough after a while but it did help me sleep. The taste isn't bad at all.

Helps to sleep , just one con makes really sleep in the morning my eyes they burned , but besides that I loved
