It really works but please remove in 8 hours let skin breathe for a bit before reapply. Especially good more nighles and muscle spasms

If it sticks at once you can't set the position or place to again to the joint where pain is . I mean you can try and place but then u face issue to stick it . Secondly u can feel oil ointments and all upto 12 hrs and it gives bit relief . This is actually good for those who can't move or have time to massage to their pain points . If you take bath while wearing this bandit then chances are there to come off .

This lockdown has got me sitting in very awkward positions due to lack of a good work chair. But one strip of this did a whole lot of difference. Its not as adhesive as I would like it to be. If you have an active lifestyle or excercise you might need to remove one and use another more often than other.

Somehow ads are so appealing that it seems that it should work better than any other balm or spray. I also ordered this. No extra benefit of using this patch over spray/balm. But removing this patch from skin is tough job as all the skin hairs would have been stick with glue of this patch. So you have to apply hot water to remove it without pain.So there is no point to waste time and money on this patch. Instead, use Roll-On or Volini spray or similar balm directly.PS: After using 1-2 patch, I have remaining patches, I can give anyone for free as they are of no use. :)

I won't describe this product too much because we all have used this thing or seen this thing before.... In short it's a medicated bandage(smells like iodex/volini) on it only precaution you need to take before applying on skin specially men... Is to shave off your hair or atleast trim them... Or else it won't stick properly and won't give you relief. This is my experience please don't judge
