Extremely good product. Removes eye makeup including kajal without a hint of residue. The oily texture works as an added moisturizer . But unlike oil there is no under eye puffiness after use. I am not using any other brand after this.

Really great product, can whipe eye makeup really well. While whiping my eye makeup the liquid went into my eyes many times but didn't cause irritation, over all a satisfying product, can go for it.

The price of this keeps yo-yo-ing but when purchased at around 350/- for ~160ml this is the most bang-for-your-buck eye makeup remover in India today. I've tried the other drugstore removers like L'oreal, Revlon and Maybelline and all are outperformed by Neutrogena (Revlon is downright awful and burns, but Maybelline is a good second choice). I hold a cotton pad against the mouth of the bottle and rapidly tip it to form two wet circles on the pad which will cover my eye area. Then hold still against each eye for 10 seconds and then gently wipe away. It dissolves waterproof mascara, kohl, liquid and gel eyeliner usually in one application. Sometimes a second application is needed but it's gentle enough to not sting or need me to rub more vigorously. It comes the closest to replicating the effect of my favorite luxe eye makeup remover by Lancome (Bi-Facil)! I hope the price becomes more reasonable soon - it's about 550/- on Paytm.

A gentle, fragrance-free, silicone-based dual-phase make-up remover that effectively removes all kinds of make-up - including waterproof formulas. It's the best product I have ever used for eye makeup removal. Removes heavy make-uo in one go. Have used sometimes on lips, works same.

It's sad that the very first claim this product makes in the name is oil free.. it is very oily. It is written in the product description too that it is oily but I missed it.. very bad.. I would have been better off using a baby oil for cleansing

It does clean the makeup. But it's fragrance is bad and gives burning sensation to the skin. Feels like duplicate product of Neutrogena. Not good for sensitive skin

El producto es muy bueno. Quita muy bien el maquillaje a prueba de agua y sobre todo no irrita los ojos.

This stuff works like a charm. It took my waterproof mascara off without scrubbing, two swipes and it was gone. It was very gentle on my eyes and left my skin soft with no oily feeling. The size of the bottle and the effectiveness means it will last a very long time. It was inexpensive but because it’s Neutrogena I knew it was quality.

i enjoyed this product alot, granted i only received it yesterday. However, it easily removed my eye makeup (i wear alot of mascara) very easily, its non-greasy and it has no scent, which is a plus for me.

These stuff gets waterproof mascara and eyeliner off. No problems.. It can be a little greasy because it is oil based , but as a first cleanse it is perfect. I use it on my eyes and then follow up with a foaming face wash in the shower. All traces gone.
