Bluetooth is working good. But the Mic is very poor

Bluetooth is working good. But the Mic is very poor, it's unable to catch the voice even from the nearby surroundings, if you touch your mouth to the Mic only then it's sounding good. Not a good product.

Overall satisfied ..working properly..but volume controls not proper..

Good product for the price.. the top cover sticker not pasted properly ..but ok.. sound and control quality is ok..also connecting quickly with the phone via Bluetooth.. one problem noted is volume controls are not working properly while singing..but good product for the price.. satisfied.. box cover with zip for the whole package is very useful..good backup also

Amazon did not replaced/return.

I initiated the return request as i got damaged product.the bluetooth button is jam not working, sound echo not very clear..amazon accepted the request but never did anything. I can neither use nor throw this product.
