I am not a pro but an intermittent. So at my level, i am learning to spin and yes, i am able to do it but i am not sure if pros have a better suggestion. Also, some pros who really spin and i play with, do, do that with my bat - so logically the answer is Yes..!

I have used both. Stag power drive has a really hard rubber. It is not that good for block/defend or looping with control. Power drive is light and fast which might help a certain kind of player. Kungfu is better suited for all round players and beginners.
