Very good voltage protector delivered quickly by seller.Using for last 2 weeks at my as well as my brother's house, but I came to know about this product only after getting my fingers burned - lost 3 adapters and 2 LED lights to a voltage surge.After installing this device (which is extremely easy to install), I haven't yet experience voltage surge so can't comment on that, but as there are frequent power outages in our area, 2 minute delay is working like a charm. In-line voltage display is very useful. Indicator lights for displaying device state are helpful.Hope the high/low voltage cut-off and bypass (if required) also works fine when the situation arises in future.Edit: 2017-09-23Works great. Today this unit got tested for the first time for High as well as Low voltage, as we had voltage issue in our society.For more than 1 hour the voltage was fluctuating between High 400 and Low 80. In between this time slot, voltage went back to Normal 220-230 for brief periods. But Accurex cut off the electricity as soon as voltage exceeded 280 and went below 160. When the electrical issue was resolved, Accurex allowed the normal voltage of 220 as usual. Simply great product. Thank You Accurex.

Installed, work good, tested, working perfect on high and low voltage, time delay system is super awesome. It make sure that you are getting safe voltage. Very nice product. Must buy for every home. However my green light indicator of input trun off after 2 days of installation. But working fine. Also make sure that it is not elcb or rccb as it can not save your life at the time of shock. So u must also install elcb to save your and your family life. Thank you Amazon for such nice product. Just cos it does not cover shock protection I give it 4 star.

Excellent item.Saves your precious electronics in case of power surge or low power. It simply stops the power to flow through if voltage is <160 or >280.The LED display tells you how much voltage is coming in the main line.ADVICE: TURN OFF the delay mode and your instrument will work forever. In the delay mode, the transistors/relays get damaged after few months and need replacement.The company replaced the damaged relay/transistor during the warranty period. I turned off the delay mode and had no problems since last 2.5 years.

It could not protect My 40 inch Samsung TV. I lost my TV due to high voltage . I did not work when needed .

Udating my review based on long term review of product:Received a faulty product initally, the voltage reading was inaccurately displayed.Instead of 230v ,the voltage was being displayed as 93v. Immediately contacted the seller they were very quick to respond and the quickly had the device replaced.It's been more then a year now and is functioning exceptionally well without any issues thus protecting all the house hold appliances, no need of a seperate voltage stabilizer for each of the devices this does the work.It also high low voltage cutoff and a timer delay circuit and as well display the line voltage reading.Happy with it, value for money.

Bought 4 years ago and worked fine till now. Used to cut out for very low or high voltage quite reliably. Recently started malfunctioning. Not letting normal current through so I had to bypass it. Looking for a service contact now.

Thing in which it is good at, is time delay for 2min once power comes, which controls most of fluctuation.It does not cut supply instantly when power goes below 160 or above 280, takes some micro second to cut. Best thing that can be deployed for farm house as rural power is very unstable. Protects all the House hold electricals to the best from accidental 440 volts which is common in rural areas.never once has it failed. Have installed many almost 9 devices at different locations. Absolutely no complaints & the electricals are well protected from over voltage
