Thanks Amazon....The first product I received was faulty, the big jar had cracks in it..The replacement was good....If Amazon could provide your own package apart from the original product package with those air bags and stuffs, etc, it would be great....I think the product might get a little damaged while in transit during shipping with original package.... Coming to the product, five jars are good...The MC Jar does kneading atta, chopping vegetables like carrot, beetroot, onion, radish, etc...etc...you have to just peel off the carrot, cut the big piece into some smaller pieces and put into this, and pulsate the mixie until desired level of cut is achieved.... You have to handle the big MC Jar and juicer care carefully....They claim to be polycarbonate....But rough use or dropping it multiple times will lead to breakage of it....The best part is you can buy these jars separately at extra cost in outside shops also, what I mean is the spares are available easily outside in the shops.....Lifelong free service, you can take the product to their service center, service is free, but spare parts if any due to wear and tear will cost extra..... VEGETABLE CUTTING BLADE AND CHOPPING BLADE.....YOU HAVE TO TAKE EXTREME EXTREME CARE WHILE FIXING IT AND USING IT....IF YOU ARE CARELESS WHEN USING THESE TWO BLADES, YOU WILL CUT YOUR FINGER AND BLEED.....THEY ARE EXTREMELY SHARP... The other 3 jars are as usual....But Preethi should have provided some extra blades to these....Two blades are not enough, either four or six blades would have been awesome given the 750W motor wattage.... Regarding sound of the mixie, yes it does give a bit more sound while operating....you are going to operate your mixie only for a few minutes and this cannot be avoided....All mixies generate sound while in operation... Hopefully this time Amazon won't remove my review. I ordered this product earlier from seller "dealerkart" and the received package was full of dust, unclean and full mess. Looked like it was a stock which was kept for display. I quickly repacked it and returned it. I advice buyers to careully inspect the package and choose sellers accordingly Product review: ~~~~~~~~~~~ I ordered Preethi Zodiac with the confidence as it was already doing some good job in my houe for a long while (more than 6 years). This product I ordered considering some of the ease of use such as Citrus Juicer, Atta kneading, etc. Some of the key features are listed below >> Unit comes with various spares, mainly 3 jars (Dry, Wet, Chuttney), Citru juicer, Pulpy Juicer unit with blender blades, Atta kneading >> Unit has about 3 feet of power cord, requires normal 5A socket >> Overload LED and normal load LED >> 3 speed with one pulse function >> Kneads atta in about 1-2 minutes easily >> Juicer is good for pulpy fruits only >> Sound is not loud, less than Blueleaf! >> 5 years warranty for motor only, 2 years for other spares >> Almost all parts of the units are able to remove easily for cleaning (Esp Juicer, Chef jar, blades) >> Made in India, Chennai Juicer Review: ~~~~~~~~~~~ The juicer comes with two blades, Juicer blade and Blender blade. The juicer blade is strictly for Pulpy and watery fruits such as Pineapple, Watermelon, Pomegranate, etc. While you can use blender to juice other fruits or even Beetroot, Carrots. The juicer unit is handly, the juicer blade however is very limited to pulpy fruits and you CANNOT use it for Carrot!. If you want to extract from carrot or beetroot or amla type vegetables, buy Juicer-mixer such as Philips Viva series. The Citrus extractor is another plastic unit which sits on top of the Chef unit (Food processor) with which you can easily extract juice unlike juicer. This is handy. The Juicer extractor unit is also very helpful when you try buttermilk from curd and also handy for extracting coconut milk!. Food Processor (Chef Jar) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is wrong to call this food processor, but it does some of the job such as Atta kneading, Chopping or slicing the vegetables. This is done using three blades, one for atta and two for chopping/slicing. The blades are VERY SHARP, handle it wth care!. The choppoing requires usually only few pulses. It is able to chop carrots, beetroots or cocounts very easily. I have not seen it stuck. however the vegetables need to be first cut in to small peices. Overall don't expect this to satisfiy as food processor, these are just few extras you get. Didn't try meat slicing yet. We are able to knead up to 4 cups of flour, but the manual says up to 6 is possible. 1 cup is for 3-4 chapathis. You need to reduce the water little bit less than what manual says, else it will be very sticky Regular mixie purpose ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We tried the other three jars, they performed well for chutney as well as for batter. The mixie as usually heats up after continuous runs. So you must wait for it to cool, else your batter will not be good!. We did not observe any fault in this 1 month of usage. Most Negatives: ~~~~~~~~ 1. Cleaning of the chef jar esp after atta kneading is a mess 2. Shakes when kneading atta vigorously. Does not glue well on floor Final verdict: ~~~~~~~~~~ Overal, we are happy and no complaints. Though we will not be using all of this, but atta kneading is very handly right now, esp you can now safely add hot water and start keanding which was not possible with hand. I recommend this product but only if you plan to use this functions. Don't buy if you look for advanced juicer-mixer or food processor, this is just doing basic job of those. Preethi Zodiac Mixer Grinder is excellent. Its Dry and wet grinding are good with fine pasted / Powder within a few seconds, though the Noise level is little high. But the Chopper is not so good. I tried chopping Cabbage and it became too fine like a paste, when I pulsed it for 6-7 times. If I stop after 3-4 pulses, several large pieces remained on the outer side in the jar. I expected uniform fine pieces. My curry became a paste. I got disappointed. Except Chopping, everything else is good. Thanks

Do not fall for the premium price tag or the marketing hype. The Preethi Zodiac 750W is priced like a luxury appliance, but it performs worse than mixers that cost 50% to 60% less. The core of any mixer grinder is its jars, blades, and coupler shafts. Most moderate, budget-friendly brands have perfectly fine motors that last for years. You pay a premium here expecting superior jar quality, but it's actually worse. Within just 3 to 4 months of normal usage, the bottom rotating shaft of the smallest jar stripped and broke. For comparison, my previous budget mixer lasted over 3 years before a single jar finally jammed. Furthermore, do not buy this for the warranty or "free service" promise—it is a complete trap. When you call customer care to report a defect, they demand a ₹200 "technician visit charge." A local repair shop would fix this exact issue for ₹50 to ₹100 max. If you try to argue this point with their customer service, they will literally hang up on you mid-conversation. If you call back, the next agent will do the exact same thing. Verdict: This product is not "premium" quality. Save your hard-earned money and buy a reputable budget brand at half the price. You will get the same (or better) durability and avoid a customer service nightmare

Excellent mixer grinder with a powerful motor. It grinds, blends, and kneads very efficiently. The multiple jars are useful for different tasks, and the build quality is solid. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!
