Bad product and worst service from Amazon
This item was properly worked for almost 6 months and then started issues. It's still under warranty but I tried for a service request manu times but Amazon customer support shows only troble shoot option and all other options are inactive. No email to contact and chat bot says he can't help for call back or service request. Brought Preethi as a trusted brand but please don't buy this one atleast.

I bought this product from Amazon and found the small Jar is not fixing it properly on the mixer. It is very tight and I must push it very hard to place the jar. I discovered this defect when I tried to use first time today. Therefore, I have decided to return the mixer to Amazon.
