Very useful supplement for our body
I really think everyone should be taking a vitamin B complex. here are so many benefits to taking one.These vitamins are important to our brain and nervous system.As someone who suffers from anxiety,I find taking a daily vitamin B complex helps to reduce the amount of anxiety.The pills are a not big at all so it makes it easy to take them.They also do not have any weird kind of taste. These Capsules have really prove a magic for me, because Now I have no more worry about my hairs and skin.By use of these capsules now i got a good result and I really want to use these capsules in my daily routine. Even bcomplex from medicne store is much better
it have only rda dosage but in suppliment form we need atleast 5x of dosage. I have to take took pills to make it work. its not for those who are deficient in b vitamins

Good product , tablets are in gold colour and swallowed after food. Yet to see the progress ! Hoping this builds good immunity
