Morphy Richards Besta Oven Toaster Grill - 40 Liter (Black)

I've only owned this for about a month and have only used it about five times. So if it explodes or breaks, I will update my comment later. This was the only large Morphy Richards oven in stock anywhere online, so I bought it. It works great! There is enough room to cook two pans of cookies, it cooks cakes nicely, I'm just really happy with it, and I would recommend. I have only tried baking, and for baking it's great. I do like all the other options it has and all the accessories it comes with. I just wish it came with two oven racks, I had to buy a cheap cooling rack (would not recommend putting food directly on cooling rack). But it works fine for me.

Good product overall But being the big brand Morphy could have provided a long wire , the wire connected to the oven is way too short for a 52 lt capacity it barely reaches the plug over the platform. If you wish to buy make sure to make proper connection at the level of the wire . I hope you guys find this useful before buying . Also the door doesn't quite has a good grip over the oven it's stays little loose ( IMO)

Overall a good product at a reasonable price. Packaging was very good. Delivery was on time. Initially I was a bit nervous as I read many reviews about damaged product. But fortunately enough the product arrived in good condition. I already have one Morphy Richards OTG. That's why I opted another one from same brand as I conduct my bakery classes. Only problem is with the length of the cord which is very short. But then its similar to all OTG s of this brand. Working fine untill now. Hope it will function well in future. Keeping fingers crossed...😊

Came in excellent condition. Works well. I use it for warming food. Not yet baked anything in it. But it works very well, spacious for my needs. The manual needs to clearly tell us which is the baking tray and which is crumb tray. In the manual they look alike. I had to check on-line videos to figure this out :) My neighbours and cousins have the same brand (Morphy) and are happy with it, so i went with that, rather than some negative reviews coming on top.

We had a harrowing experience with Morphy Richards and Amazon. They sent a product which had a manufacturing defect and trying and testing it made the whole purchase experience horrible. It took us more than a month, close to 45 days to deal with Amazon. To top it all, we had an equally disgusting experience dealing with Morphy Richards who were highly unprofessional. They did not even entertain and resolve our problem. Neither did they bother to reply to our mails. This is the first time we were highly disappointed with Amazon too as they kept raising the ticket and promised to call us back but never did. My husband was tired of chasing them. We were just hours late in informing Amazon as per their 10 day policy. Apparently the product was so bad that a lot of my effort and ingredients were wasted as the OTG kept conking off. Either the timer did not work and then heating stopped. Weird things were happening. I had done a lot of research and was told by people its a good one to go for. But I was very sceptical and now i am so disappointed by the brand that it will be highly unlikely that i will recommend yhis brand to anyone. Lets a take a minute to appreciate the design and aesthetic of the product. It certainly adds some character to your kitchen space. Bakes like a pro. Easy to use. Temperature control is good. U can easily bake big cake . Comes with a crump tray. Does not include any recipe book. The otg comes with the trays, tray handler . I purchased it during offers for 8500. I also got cashback of 500.

I am extremely happy to write the review of my new Morphy richards OTG. First of all, it reached it's destination without any issues. The packaging was too good and the OTG was safe inside it. Amazon and the seller (Cloudtail) has done a good job. Regarding the OTG, as always the brand does it's job well. I can assure you if you get a chance, don't think much about comparing with OTG's, you just go with this.
