Solid.
I used this on a crosscut sled I made. T-track was screwed into the top piece of the back of the sled and the stop slid right into it. Zero flex, thus very accurate.

Well made bargain
Nice clean simple design. Well made. In my case, I needed to add another 2-1/2" in length because I have a tall back fence on my crosscut sled. So it was just a simple matter to drill a couple of holes in the flip-down stop and bolt on a length of 3/4" angle aluminum to make my extended flip stop. EZ-PZ.
