It was very bad. It caused more fever, worsened infection and later IBS - diarrhoea disease. Currently, I am also suffering from lactose intolerance. These tablets are not for low immunity persons because they are not manufactured and packed in a clean environment. Don't buy if your immunity is very low because there is no surety of clean ayurvedic supplements by any brand . The best option is to take giloy stems of neem tree online or from your garden or neighbourhood. Make sure the stems are fresh and are not infected by fungi or pests. This product strictly not for those : whose immunity is very very low + most ayurvedic herbs don't benefit immunity + nutritious diet and allopathy don't solve your problem. For me, all patanjali products don't suit me because earlier it's products were little safe but now they have also copied other ayurvedic manufacturing brands. I had never seen such fever , infection, ibs d as side effects from any other brand until I came across Patanjali giloy recently.
