Intense dreams
Gave me the most vivid and intense dreams, even too much so - eventually leading me to develop mild sleeping problems because I was no longer resting but dreaming all night, stuck in unnaturally dominant REM sleep cycle sleep. It’s definitely a potent supplement, but personally not suitable for my body.
