What is the difference between huggies old packaging and new one? Is it girls or boys specific diapers?

the new one I have found to be better absorbent and still remain nonbulky for a longer duration. these diapers are not boy or girl specific but they do have a gender specific range too I think.. I use this for my daughter and am very happy with it
