Voice Magic not Working Properly
Operation ok but Mouse Pointer and Voice Magic not Connected.

It is not pairing with LG Smart monitor 43 inch, only buttons working but Voice magic not pairing.

Works good. Voice and cursor , both working good. Voice is accurate for English words. It got paired automatically to TV on putting battery. Worth it. My tv is 2019 model. But this remote got paired and working even for the older models

Only 90% of the features worked on my LG tv so I returned it, but otherwise a good remote
This remote did not work with my LG UHD tv even though it was supposed to replace M23 remote, but it is worth noting that the remote was very nice in all other aspects. It was nice to hold, all button placed in such a way that you dont have to look at the remote to press the button every time, also the buttons were nice to press, unlike the very soft buttons on the stock remote. If this remote is compatible with your tv then go for it.

EASY!
No setup even required. Put batteries in and pressed the power button. Only issue is that it keeps saying "can't register magic remote" but I think that is only because it may be for a newer model than mine. So that's my fault. Product works great still tho.

Great remote, but battery cover pops loose randomly, for me!!
Wonderful remote, at least for the most part. Very easy to sync with my LG TV. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the battery cover randomly will come loose, ie popped off in my hand. I had to keep clipping it back to the fully CLOSED position. I wish is was a tighter fit and snug when it snaps to the CLOSED position, more like the original oem remote battery cover was. For the moment, I did a "McGyver fix" by putting a wadded up small piece of a paper towel under the battery cover lid, restingon top of the batteries and under lid. This gives the cover a tighter fit. We will see if the is a temp or permanent solution, but for now it definitely seems better. Maybe this trick will help others with the same battery cover falling off and coming loose issue. Maybe there is a better solution but I don't know. My final issue is it makes a squeaky noise if you squeeze the remote in your hand. OTHERWISE IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY

Try something else. I ended up going to the LG app remote on my phone.

Replacement remote
Works well and looks and feels like original remote. It has the speak in feature which is nice. I recommend has a backup or replacement remote.
