Sto usando questi pesi 1,5 kg per la caviglia della gamba operata, quindi li uso a scopo riabilitativo. Ottima qualità, il peso resta stabile e non dà fastidio. Ho usato la variante da 0,5 kg per camminate anche lunghe, stesso risultato positivo. Forse li avrei allungati di 2/3 cm ma il velcro, anche se usato al limite, resta stabile

手首と足首、どちらにも使えます。同じような商品が100均ショップにもありますが、付けた時に、adidasマークが格好いいので、気に入ってます。

High quality weights
Item arrived but the Adidas box looks old and damaged. However the box was sealed and the items inside the box are new and wrapped.It is high quality and one of the nicest ankle weights. The only pity is that it didn’t come in sizes heavier than 1.5 kg.If you have super thick ankles, it may not fit.But it should fit most adults.
