Package arrived opened and sticky.

I received my package today it is completely sticky. Still have to clean them up to see what I can actually use. My plan was to use them as favors for a baby shower but I dont know if I’ll be able to use any. Kind of a waste of money. Would give no stars but unable to, so ill go with one star.
