Poor hardware quality
Built quality is poor. one of screw was loose and had come out from laptop in just one month. Also heating issue if you work on multiple browsers/Tabs

Don't buy this.... There is no ms office software, we need install separately with pay. Warranty also unable to update ... Lot of inconvenience, very poor service

Power button problem... Visited service centre 2 times for the same but again power button doesn't work . Other wise overall good product. Some lagging here and there...
