This hearing aid is much better than the one I ordered previous It's rechargeable rather than using batteries - great product for the money It is discreet because I am very vain about my hearing and no one so far has noticed that I am wearing one - I can also adjust the volume which is very helpful when I am in different environments.

When these worked they worked great but they only lasted about four months we bought the warranty and it doesn’t seem like we’re getting our money back for some reason. This is the second pair of these we have had and they both did the same thing. They work about four months and quit.

Difficult to operate

I really tried to give these hearing aids a fair chance. 1st They are hard to turn on the power button is same as volume, but i can live with that, From day 1 Everything sounds robotic, i thought i just needed to get used to them. After wearing consistent for almost a month, dealing with weird robotic sounds the right one made some weird crackle sound, died, and will not turn on at all anymore and the left has a consistent static robotic sound.I have tried all the troubleshooting nothing helps or fixes the issue. I wish i had not tried to give them a chance and returned them within the first few weeks, now its past the return windo and they are useless. Super unhappy. I tried to contact support but there was no way to connect them for help. Dont waste your money.

It made a big difference for my mother, she is 76, there was some static sometimes but she was able to work through it, like everything there is an adjustment period but she was able to get through it and it helped my mother and i finally have a much better experience when having conversations because she was able to hear me. Thank you to the corporation that helped me.

These simple hearing aids helped my mother immediately. Her hearing had declined significantly in two years as she approached 99. She was so pleased to clearly hear conversation and even turned the tv down. Bringing her for expensive evaluations and fittings was impractical. These were easy to slip over her ears and comfortable. So far, so good.
