Could you use this stuff to insulate the drum in a dryer for sound dampening and heat retention?

No, the drum gets too hot and the adhesive would probably fail

Wrap around duct is good ? Will stick very good ? Will not come off after 1 or 2 years ?

Yes sticks very good will not likely come off In a few years however I did not use it for duct insulation I used it for sound deadening

Would this be okay to put on the wood floor underneath a carpet? I have a room where the cold just flows up through the floor from a crawl space.

I have used this to insulate a van but gets sticky after high heat --- hard to remove. Even at room temp. may be hard to remove may get squishy. Try a test area with full walking traffic.
