Evoke H6 Prestige Edition

Really pleased with this radio, looks good in the kitchen on a highish shelf, away from the worktop, where we can still see what station is playing and use the presets and on/off buttons with ease. Good sound quality as able to customise setting easily too - we prefer less bass and more treble, effects of old age on hearing. Hope it sticks around for a while as quite expensive but at the moment think it's worth it.

This is a really lovely sounding radio, easy to tune, it has a bit too much bass but that can be altered quite readily. It has a better tuner than the old Elan II that I have and the stations don't break up so easily, the display is a bit small, but the writing is sharp and crisp. The case is a fingerprint magnet, but they're easily removed with a cloth. A battery isn't included, but you can get a compatible one for £20, rather than the official one at ~£30.

The Prestige Edition of the Pure Evoke H6 is a quality product. It is a treat for the eyes as well as the ears. This radio is first class, the sound is brilliant,full bodied and sumptuous. The controls feel sturdy, the bluetooth works perfectly. The lacquered finish on the black version is certainly very smart. Yes it does show fingerprints but so do many things of beauty. There is a fix for this however.... clean it.

Whilst this is a high quality item with excellent quality sound – it is expensive given that it doesn’t have any hard drive to playback as available on a previous model.

It’s very black and heavier than I expected but it oozes quality. Sound - superb but you must set it up using the settings in the menus otherwise, from the box, it does sound flat Bluetooth connects faultlessly and works perfectly Radio picks up the weakest signals and locks on. Did I mention it’s very black? A superb radio I really can’t fault it However two negatives firstly the battery is another £30 and it doesn’t have a remote control.

Excellent radio . I would have liked clock on all the time in bigger digits not just when the radios off . The sound not quite as loud as I’d hoped but it’s hard to get every feature designed the way you want . I still think it’s worth the money

Looks and sounds great. It took usages to finally get Radio 2 but we can't get any other ones
