How have I not done a review of this probiotic before? I had SIBO for 3 1/2 years with no relief and multiple surgeries (gallbladder removal, and endometriosis) these helped with some very specific symptoms but did not eradicate the bacteria. I have tried many probiotics over the years and this one is the only one that ever helped and did not give other side effects. Now granted, for me, I had to be on doxycycline for a month and a half to rid the bad bacteria, but my doctor told me the only way to keep it away after the initial die off phase was to replace with a probiotic and replenish healthy gut bacteria. After the antibiotics did their work, I started Physician's Choice and I'll never go back. This one and the 100 billion CFUs that they sell repaired my gut. I have taken them daily for 1 1/2 years and I am 95% back to my baseline. Recently I ran out and tried a different probiotic that was lower strength and my bloating and diarrhea were starting to come back a little bit-- not nearly to the level that they used to be but I could tell I had more discomfort when off of this probiotic. Take it from me, this really works. I feel great when I am on these and my SIBO is managed. They don't have a bad taste, and in my opinion are not huge and hard to swallow, but I am used to swallowing pills much larger than this.

Really not sure if it works better than other probiotics I've had but I've noticed that my appetite is definitely less. I fill up quicker at dinner as well. Easy to swallow, no taste. I have not had any stomach upset. I am now more regular with my daily bowel movements as well.
