Love this product! Super easy to use! I got mine and set it up and honestly it was less than 2 weeks it was used! Being an Epilepsy patient it has key information on it that was needed by the EMS and when i can’t answer people they can scan this and get the info they need! It is durable and it fits perfectly on the watch band.

The tag is very easy to edit on the WEB site. It allows you to enter a comprehensive amount of information accessible on the tag. The tag could be a little wider as it is very tight on the watch band. It will not fit on all bands. It is also hard to put on the watch band. It fill not fit on all watch bands. The attached photos show the tag on the band.

This is a Great product for all ages! This Health ID brings a Peace of mind while working knowing that my mom that is 81 years old will be take to the hospital of her choice and all the family will be contacted on the QR format knowing she is good medical care. Here’s a more concise version of your Important Safety Warning for Metallic QR Code Items I rarely write reviews, but this one is critical. I purchased three metallic items from The Lucky Tag (a silver bracelet, a gold watch strap sleeve, and a rose gold bracelet), and all have the same issue: the QR code is extremely difficult to scan. After contacting the company, I was given tips on how to angle the item to get it to read. While this sometimes worked, it often took multiple attempts. That’s unacceptable in an emergency—paramedics won’t have time to troubleshoot a QR code. Two separate incidents proved the codes couldn’t be scanned reliably. I had several tech-savvy people—including my children and friends—test them. Most attempts failed, especially when the item was worn. Only two scans succeeded on the first try, both while holding the gold sleeve under ideal conditions. These items don’t scan well in bright indoor lighting or sunlight due to glare. When they finally do scan, the medical info is incredibly valuable—but that’s no help if it can’t be accessed quickly. I’m out over $60 for items that don’t function as intended in emergencies. I’ll be trying their non-metallic or silicone options next and hope those perform better. For now, I can’t recommend the metallic versions.

Since I started a new medicine, I needed a medical alert bracelet. I did not like any of the thick or ugly looking bands. I’m so glad I found one that can go on my Apple Watch band. I barely notice it is there. Customizable! Light weight. And durable.

I love that someone thought of a QR Code. I have no problem with this on my watch band, slips on easily. I especially like the fact that I can put so much more information for emergency personnel. I don't think I will ever get another type of medical alert ID. Information was easy to enter. I had one from this company that was a braclet, and unfortunately the braclet broke. I thought that I would have to enter everything all over again. Not the case I was able to transfer the information to the new QR Code in about 5 minutes or less.
