Awesome flash light stand, an excellent purchase. It is a professional grade stand. The brand is Sonia, which was not mentioned. I am already using a Sonia brand 1000W halogen video light.The stand has 3 folding unit, which when fully expanded gets a height of 9 ft. But, I would suggest to use max 8.5 ft height and trade-off the 6 inches to expand the tri-foot base, so it will have firm standing.When you expand to 9 ft, the radius formed by 3 legs will decrease and the center of gravity may go off balance with a little tilt. But, when you increase the radius of these 3 legs, the center of gravity will not move out of safety zone with little tilt and the stand will be very firm on its feet. Yes, the height will be little less to allow increase of the leg radius.There are spring shock absorber inside the upper 2 folds, which gives an excellent protection against damage and prevent hitting of metals. Which means, when you release the locks to fold in the expanded rods, the shock absorbers will absorb the load of the falling rods during collapsing in. The rods are heavy and will fall on its own on releasing the locks. This is an excellent design.I had purchased a video shot-gun holder of digiphoto brand and its perfectly fit this stand. See the photos I have uploaded.

The base width of the stand is short and is not stable when light stand is and bent.

I purchased this flash stand along with E27 socket and white umbrella and all the 3 products are really nice. Stand is really sturdy and it surely solve the purpose for continuous light source without shake. However I had order 2 piece of each item and I received only 1 set so I had to initiate refund and had to go through whole procedure of ordering it again. This is really frustrating.

Good build quality. Strong, sturdy and heavy. The only reason I'm taking three star off is because the product i got which has minor defect which was not taken care by Amazon and sell. It is 9 feet hight and heavy one ...using after repaired from local shops. As one of the catch in Amazon , which I want to tell guys ,if the sell or product is not fulfilled by Amazon , you should not buy because in that case if the product as defective, in that case you need to courier the product to sell for return or refund.

This light stand is light weight and can be folded into a small size - making it portable and easy to store after use.Its locking capabilities make your lights safe . The height is adjustable from 45 inch to 103". I think max load is 3.5-4 kg.Good product at this price. Not the best one though. Too bad that the order quantity for this product is limited to 1 per customer . I need three for my Youtube studio setup. Will have to get the other two ordered by some one else .

Firstly, was going to buy it offline. But tried to buy online.Pros- Extremely light weight Comes with a carrying bag. Got an extra white umbrella. Good height.Cons- The stand had scratches and dent on it. Didn't look new at all. Could have been better if they would have provided a new stand.3 stars for the umbrella and and the carrying case.

This products is overall good. Only and only take a precaution that when you released the both the clips or try to adjust the stand that time never bend on the stand because it's pop-up quickly and has sufficient force to injured your eyes.To see overall performens I bought another one.

Would have been 5 stars but for the finish quality. A little lacking in overall product quality. Came with a carry bag which is oversized. Otherwise a good product.
