This mic is found in every studio for very good reasons
Bought this mic to take my voice over work to a more pro level. Having used Rode NT1 & Rode K2, I was just blown away by the sound quality of this mic. If you have a decent preamp and/or audio interface, this mic can do wonders for you in both voiceover and vocals work. It has many in built patterns like cardioid, hypercardioid etc. for your choosing. It produces a nice flat sound which gives you a lot of room while editing in the digital w/s. You can use this for voiceover, vocals, instruments and anything and everything. I would highly recommend buying this product as an all-in-one microphone.

Todo excelente! Todo sellado y en orden unicamente no me gusto como lo enviaron en una sola bolsa vino suelto el producto , no entiendo por que no lo pusieron en una caja como normalmente mandan otras cosas mas sencillas y economicas por ese motivo no viene tan protejido y por eso llego con unos pequeños golpes la maleta

Workhorse
Generally a nice even sound with a bit of a lift in the high end for sparkle and clarity on voice. Super low self-noise and these track sit so well in the mix I barely used any EQ whatsoever. This all rounder is a staple in most A-class studios for a reason, it's versatile and handles EQ exceptionally well. I also use the 414 XLII on acoustic instruments that need a presence in the mix. The versatility of 9 polar patterns and myriad roll-off and pad options keeps the 414 at the front of the line of mic selection.
