There's a million pre-workouts on the market. I've tried a bunch of them. As far as flavor and giving me the focus, and pump that I like for a workout. Axe & Sledge Intake is my favorite by far. I've tried the gummy bear, fruit punch, and cluster candies flavors and like them all so I alternate flavors so I don't get tired of the same each workout. On workout morning, I start out with one scoop in a 20 Oz. Shaker bottle, then another scoop and 20 Oz. While working out. Then some electrolite mix until finishing my workout.This spreads out the caffeine instead of one big wallop all at once. That's what works for me. I don't know how I used to workout without this stuff. Sure notice a difference in my results.

Long time weightlifter n supplement user here. I ordered the fruit punch. Flavor is cheap and weak. Package labeling is as cheap as it gets. Ive tried up to a serving and a half. Very little beta alanine tingling effects for those that were curious about it. No mental focus with this product. Im not a stim junky. I barely feel the caffeine in this. I would not buy this product again. Seth cut corners on this. I personally like the hosstile supplements. They taste great and work! No affiliation with them. I just dont want people to waste their money on nonsense.

Great Product two scoops kept me going for an hour and a half, that was the best pump I've ever had would always recommend.
