I was delighted to open the box. There were no broken cups, easy to open, bread was great! Juice was not bad. Not fresh juice, but did not have a bad after taste or bad flavor. Was very pleased! :)

At first I did not realize that the wafer was sealed within the top , what a clever and convenient idea. Now to properly open this seal you must press the little tab under the lid of the seal, it folds right down very easy. Then lightly hold your cup and peel back, that opens the juice compartment, now you have the lid in your hands you can peel the wafer cracker open and you pull it right off the lid. I hope this helps someone. A few people comments said that the wafer cracker was stale, it’s not supposed to be hard like a cracker. It’s the same as I remembered as a kid in my church , it taste the same, light and melts a little once in your mouth.

We tried a few different brands before settling on this one. Nothing can replace real bread for communion, but out of all the ones we tried, this was the best. Difficult to open sometimes, but that's better than ones that open too easy and spill all over. Have used these every week for over a year now.

We use The Miracle Meal cups and wafers for communion at our church, and they work wonderfully. The wafers are the right size and texture, and the cups are perfect for easy distribution. Revision: After looking at the adhesive layer that attaches the foil juice cover to the plastic cup I realized that the tack (level of stickiness) holding the cup was greater than that which held the foil cover. Our problem was that we were folding the tab UP and then attempting to remove the cover. With that, we were trying to pull the strong seal away from the cup, not the weaker seal holding onto the foil. I broke the tab DOWN and it released the foil above it which then allowed the foil only to be pulled away cleanly. The cups are good if you use them like that. We're still learning, still struggling just a bit occasionally, but it's a lot smoother now. I might still buy a limited supply of a different brand just to see if there's an easier, better use, but over all these are good, acceptable, just not quite perfect. ORIGINAL POST: You can ignore this if you want. We want to love these but they just won't cooperate. My wife and I wanted to take communion together every morning and bought these for that purpose. First use, the cover over the wafer wasn't sealed, but... oh well. My wife's juice cup was totally impossible to open. That totally wrecked our worshipful moment. So far, every day since then the wafer cover seal has been acceptable but the juice seal has been sealed as if it was being sold retail and the intention was that no kid could sneak and empty the cups before the purchase. In other words, every cup is as if the cover is welded onto the cup. All efforts to use it by peeling result in juice being spilled even to open a tiny hole enough to squeeze the cup and suck the juice out. The only way to open it enough is to slit the foil with a knife. Again, it disturbs any intent toward worshipful taking of communion. We will get by with using these in our home; there's no way I would hand these out at church. Two stars because the wafer serves more or less as expected. There are many more complaints by others regarding this issue; read them before you buy.

This is exactly what I needed! When I want to take communion in my home, I don’t have to go searching for crackers and juice. All believers in Christ should make it a habit to do communion regularly. Having this product in your home, makes it easier. Repent of your sins, except forgiveness, turn from your ways, and partake in the elements, as Jesus commanded.. Packaging opens easy for the juice and wafer. Good quality, good value. Highly recommend!
