I had many digestive and mental uneasiness before I started NowFoods probiotic but now after one bottle a world of difference ... better than yakult .. It has passed yogurt test and makes good curd of heirloom variety Ordered one more bottle ... worth every penny

The lid of the container does not function properly. Once opened, the lid does not get fixed again on the container because of its poor manufacturing technology, due to which the container becomes ever opening, resulting in the fall out of capsules from the container.

This is only supplement one should take . As it heals gut within short time everything i eat, get properly digested now .so no need of other supplements, this is great product for people having low digestion and poor absorption of food . Only thing is eat some raw veggies while taking this as gut bacteria needs good amount of fibre to thrive. I m taking it empty stomach in morning .

I tried it for 4-5 days, believe me stomach is upset since 10-12 days. This probiotic might make your gut worse Update: I went to doctor after 30 days, he says it looks like gastritis. This supplement caused it. It did not work for me.

Helps with my gut problems. I have thyroid and Pcod which tends to interfere with my absorption and sometimes my gut biome goes out of synch and probiotics help with it. Would repurchase again.

Very good product! Bit expensive but works extremely well. Has all required strains of bacteria unlike other probiotics, where they use just 2 or 3 strains. And the tablet did curd the milk extremely well.

this product needs to be kept inside your fridge after opening which is the only drawback because otherwise the good bacteria would die, other than that it seems to work, good digestion. However I would also like to be able to take half a tablet sometimes, this is in capsule form so it can't be broken in half...that's sometimes irritating, cause I dont want to take the whole tablet all the time as its quite strong
