Have the foods you love without the Carb load
I have been dieting for 6 months. I lost 56 lbs so far. The Konjac pasta and rice products allow me to eat the foods I crave without spiking my blood sugar or heavy calorie load. I owe my success to Konjac rice. The only difference I have noticed is that the Konjac products don't absorb liquid like rice or pasta. So, you may want to decrease amount of liquid in your recipe.

Great! I will buy again and again.
I am recommending this Konjac rice to all of my diabetic friends. It is my understanding that it has a low glycemic index and low calories. I emphasize that the dry-frying ahead is critically important. It does have a different chew but in the rice form you hardly can tell. As for taste and smell, I rinse it before the dry-fry and I cannot taste or smell it. I have used this Konjac or Shirataki in many forms — I love it and it is quite filling.

Good but small amount and expensive
I line the rice flavor and consistency but is loosing 2 stars because; The packages are really small, like half cup. Ends up being very price for the amount of product.

Like real rice.
It's best if you cook it till it's dry. Also perfect to mix it with prepared shirataki dried rice.

Don't expect it to be anything like real rice - other then is outward appearance.
Rice that isn't rice so don't expect it to be. No taste / seriously strange texture.

Konjac rice is a great keto-friendly option to eat, I make risotto with mushrooms, chicken and gochujang and tasted delicious.

Sooo tiny
I usually buy “Better Than Rice” but for some reason it’s not available in the store I go to for it. So I figured Amazon would have it- wrong. Tried this brand for my stuffed peppers. Flavor was ok cause there really isn’t any, but the texture was awful. Will never buy again.
