Shipped and arrived when they said it would. Carefully packaged. Nice quality, looks sleek and functional. Clear picture and sound. Lots of good features Android , 32gb internal hard drive, youtube and other popular apps already loaded. With the help of another person installation was pretty simple. I replaced my O.E.M. 9 inch screen with this 17.3 inch drop down monitor. Wiring was pretty easy with the package was able to fish up to fuse block plugged it in and it fired right up. Playing movies from flash drive there is about 1 second of buffering and then it starts playing video. The led light across the top is nice for some subtle lighting in vehicle. It did fit under my sun roof and cover screen easily. Intalled on 2012 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LTZ. Will update after a couple of months. ( If needed)

I really wanted to like this unit, but this has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve made. First off, this is not what’s advertised. It’s definitely not 8K and there’s no real HDR support. The screen itself has noticeable light bleed, but honestly that’s not even the biggest issue. The biggest problem is the Android system. It’s not Google-certified, which means the Play Store and most streaming apps either don’t work properly or won’t update. That completely defeats the purpose of having a “smart” unit. I tried multiple fixes, including reinstalling apps and adjusting settings, but nothing resolved it. On top of that, there are actual hardware issues. The screen doesn’t close properly and bounces while driving. I literally HAVE to tape it shut to keep it from moving. The unit also randomly loses audio, which makes it unreliable even when it is working. To make things worse, I had this professionally installed, so I’m into this for about $850 total. Now I’m stuck either paying again to uninstall it or living with something that doesn’t function as intended. Support has not been helpful. I provided a video as requested, and the response was basic troubleshooting that didn’t address the real problems. The only compensation offered so far was $50, which doesn’t come close to the cost or the issues. At the end of the day, this product is misrepresented and not ready for real use. If you’re planning to rely on the Android features or expect a quality, fully functional unit, I would strongly reconsider. You're better off getting tablets tbh...
