Sealed box. Good build quality.Amazing bass and treble.Clarity of sound is excellent.Tazo app gives control of equalisers.Very less weight. Small but Snugs ear. Comfortable to wear for long time. Functionality of ff/rw/receiving/cancelling/play/pause is all touch based like in all products nowadays but I prefer a physical button.Has wireless charging case.

Product is good, no doubt. Sound, latency, ear fit, comfort allare fine. But to compare with my previous set EDYELL C5, noticed a drawback that, in Edyell tg here is announcement like ON, OFF, connected, disconnected etc.To add that feature, TOZO T5 will be more attractive. Thank you.

Good connectivity, charges quickly, touch control is also smooth and it comes with tozo app where you can modify EQ or use recommended ones.I didn't try it for calls.

The earbuds are pretty good; they fit well in the ear and don’t fall off easily. The sound quality is great, and there’s a dedicated app that allows you to equalize the frequencies and set different functions for the touch controls. The battery is amazing—I use it a lot, and I’ve never run out of juice while in use. With the case, it can be charged once a week.After a few months of use, the left side started fading a bit. The sound became very low, so I contacted TOZO's customer support to claim the warranty. They were super nice and friendly and replaced the product promptly. I really like TOZO's products; this is not my first one from them, and the overall quality is amazing. Unfortunately, mine came with a small defect, but the promptness of the company in resolving the issue definitely counts as a lot of positive points.
