Initial problem, but works great now
Ordered the 100W USB C charger for my Dell Inspiron 16 (5645) to have a travel charger and it's been working great. There was one initial hiccup in that it didn't seem to work at first. It would keep my battery percentage from going any lower while I was using it, but it didn't seem to increase that percentage either. Was about to return it, but figured I'd play with it a little first. Turned out I needed to apply a firmware update to the laptop. Once I did, the charger was able to charge it up to 100% and has worked fine since. Only drawback to using it is my laptop has a limited number of USB ports so using this charger rather than the (round plug) one that came with it means I have one less USB port to plug other stuff into. Of course that's Dell's fault for building it that way so I can't really blame the charger there. Knowing this I still went with this kind of charger since when traveling I can use it to charge my phone too and there's a good chance it will also work with my next laptop, even if I change brands again.

Perfect backup charger at home so that I donโt have to lug one back and forth between work and home.

BROKE AFTER 1 MONTH
After only about 4 weeks the charger stopped working properly, one of the pins in the plug to connect the wall cord to the box depresses when you try to plug it on

Just what I ordered. Used it today

fails after a few weeks; overheats and burns out PD controller
purchased this unit twice, and both failed within a few weeks of use. The adapter clearly overheats and burns out the Power Delivery controller. While the white indicator light stays on, the unit stops communicating with the laptop and fails to charge. Not durable at all.

Good item
Brought as the back up of my laptop power cable. It wroks good but not have the same quality as the factory ones. But gaven its price, it is still worth to have it as a second location backup.
