Will this fit inside the Kobalt 12 inch snowblower shovel that has a 40 volt 2.5 ah battery or is this one larger?

Being in South Texas, I can't answer about snowblowers specifically but the 4amp replacement battery is interchangeable with all of my lawn equipment. I'm comfortable assuming you'll find it to work perfectly.

Will this battery fit the older standard charger? I have the charger that came with the 5ah battery.
