Perfect breads every single time. Light airy, fluffy and bouncy breads. Really fine flour. Neutral flavour so you can add any flavour substance to enhance the taste of your bread. Has a very short consumption period.

I am not sure what they put inside it, but I made the best bread ever in the breadmaker using this. More expensive that the regular maida but certainly tasty and fresh

Excellent option for those who love to bake bread at home and don't mind using maida once in a while. I tried MacD style burger and Subway style sandwich bread, it was really good.
