I wanted to reach out and share our experience with broccoli sprouts. We have been growing and eating them for months now, and we honestly believe we are receiving great health benefits from doing so.In fact, we have been so impressed with the results that we have already recommended them to quite a few people. We thought you might be interested in hearing about our experience as well.We recently had friends over for dinner and almost hesitated to serve the sprouts to known broccoli haters. However, we were pleasantly surprised that they were the ones most interested in learning how to grow them themselves because they enjoyed the taste so much and want to start experiencing the benefits.The germination rate is very good, and we have set this item up on a subscription to ensure we don't run out. Currently, one packet lasts us one month. While we use other varieties of sprouts as well, this is the one we make sure to always have on hand.

Delicious and sprouted well. I’m new to sprouting, but I can find nothing wrong w these seeds :) this was my first batch! I first added them to homemade fried rice. Heck, I add them to anything now!Broccoli sprouts have a slightly spicy radish flavor, which is normal, but it’s that spiciness which has the healthiest benefits. That bite goes when you mix them into any other food. I try not to cook them to maintain all health benefits.
