I’m a 50 year old getting back into working out after a 25 year hiatus. I’m amazed at how much has changed in the supplement scene! I’m pleased so far with the performance of this creatine. I tried going “au natural” at first (no supplements), but I didn’t enjoy being sore for multiple days after a workout. This product helped A LOT. After a week of using it, my recovery time is much quicker and I’m no longer sore - even after intense workouts. I didn’t load, I’ve just been using it once a day as directed. Like all quality creatine, it’s gritty and won’t completely dissolve into water. Keep a spoon handy! The taste isn’t bad if you can get past the smell. It has a weird, almost BO like smell to it that’s a bit off putting. The price is a bit high for the amount you get, but I guess you get what you pay for. There are definitely cheaper alternatives out there that are lower quality, but I’m pretty picky with what I put into my body!

Clean, high quality ingredients for the best products. The taste of this creatine is actually so good, you’ll forget you’re drinking a supplement. It also allows for faster recovery between workouts which is great if you spend a lot of time in the gym. Even if you don’t spend time in the gym, this creatine is just a super healthy supplement to add into your daily routine.

Taste was good, blended very well, and didnt get stale. Transparent labs makes a damn good product at a reasonable price. Didn't clump up at all. Didn't wreck your stomach.
