I need the silk keratin serum ! I used one in the box I need other to relaxer my hair next month! Where do you get the silk keratine serum

This is not sold seperatly. What you can do is use a good conditioner after you rinse the relaxer out and let it remain on your hair for the same amount of time. Then use the nutralizing shampoo. I got that tip from a professional hair stylist and I have been doing this for years since you only get 1 in the kit. Hope this helps.

If i wash my hair, before i use the serum packet from dark and lovely what will happen to my hair?

can this work best on thick black hair?

My hair is not really thick, but is what is sometimes categorized as "resistant". Dark and Lovely is a very good brand. And super works better than regular on my hair. I guess you should just try it.

i used a color rinse on my hair and washed twice already, will this affect my hair when i use it?

With this relaxer, you can relax and color the same day, using Dark and Lovely products. The instructions that come with the products are clear and precise. If you follow the instructions, you should be good to go. There is a recommended wait time between applications (4 to 6 weeks), during which time you should shampoo at least once or twice. between applications.

I Have being using this product for years. Love the way it makes my hair look and feel with having permanent color. There are not many products on the market that you can use with permanent hair color. In my opinion this is one of the best.
