The best eyeliner in the world is Kate
I have used all kinds and types of eyeliners from all over the world and I stuck with Kate since it is so precise and never smudges even when I cry or perspire, not even when I rub my eyes.

Not smudgeproof, a waste of money
I did a lot of research before selecting this eyeliner. I have Asian eyes and oily eyelids, and struggle with transfer to my lower lids. Sadly this eyeliner is not smudgeproof. To compare, I wear Kill Lash mascara and that doesn’t move at all. I wore with primer and eyeshadow. I ended up looking like a raccoon after 9 hours.

I have used Kate eyeliner for about 10 years now. I tried almost all brands but I keep coming back for Kate. Very thin, sharp and dries super quick and it is waterproof!

Nix besonderes
Haltet etwas besser als andere, verwischt sich dennoch und man muss es einige male audtragen damit die Farbe intensiver ist....für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
