Amore Paper Sky Lantern Set of 10 (SLS01)

This was first time my family lit a Sky Lantern.. the very first one was a miss.. but we never gave up & neighbours helped too. It was such a pleasure as the second, third, fourth flew out of hands. Thank you Team Amore for making such a wonderful product and pricing it light

The wit fell on the eye..and wax was deposited on cornea of my eye.. We had to rush to hospital immediately. Please don't buy...it's of very very poor quality . The wit is not attached to the lanterns so when pushing it upwards towards the sky, the wit falls off...and that is what exactly happened to me and fell on my eyes.. Don't buy..it's dangerous!!

All the lanternrs are of same color(blueish green). Workmanship is not good as the wooden ring is stuck to paper folds in all the 10 lanterns. While unfolding the lantern gets torn, but nothing serious as the hols and tears can be fixed by a little cello tape. Almost 90 % lanterns fly after fixing them. Holding time is 3-4 minand flight time is also 3-4 min depending on wether conditions. Over all they are just OK.

Agree with most reviewers on the fabric/material being flimsy. However, the product was more robust than expected. Despite a few tears here and there due to rough handling, ALL our lanterns flew in the night sky. For best results - Have 3-4 persons holding the lantern when it is being lit. Have patience, both when the lamp is being lit, and also when it needs to be sent into the sky. The lamp takes time to get lit, and the lantern also takes time to fill up with hot air because of its large size. One star less is for packaging - considering its fragile nature, Amazon should have packed the product better than the default basic plastic pack.

Loved the lantern. I ordered this a few days back and it was delivered today. The pack has 10 lanterns and today evening I carried out a trial with one of them. The lantern had a small tear in the paper, so I applied cellotape and then went up to the roof. I followed instructions and lit the provided fuel cell after placing it on the wire. I held the balloon and after some time it began to ascend into the night sky. It went up to quite a height and stayed aloft for at least 10 minutes, but it also drifted away so after some time I lost sight of it. So the lantern worked perfectly, had a good flight, and me and my family had great fun. Recommended.

I bought this set of 10 pack and other pack of 10 locally. This pack from Amazon looks far better and premium and well pasted with no holes or stickiness. But it takes so long for the latter to fly itself from our hands even despite of giving a push. It flies after a long and doesn’t go higher but just moves forward for a very little dtstance. On the other hand locally bought ones looks cheap and sticky paper but it takes off from hands immediately and goes so high into the sky immediately. I think this Amazon bought ones are a bit heavier than the local ones which is why it can’t fly easily due to paper being thicker and heavier than local ones

I'm not really happy with the the product received, first of all the products had sticker that each piece is for 13 inr, that is 10 x 13(pc) =? And you are selling it for not only higher price many pieces were torn and weren't of multiple colours they were all pink. I think the product reads different colours. Not happy at all.

I bought these for my boyfrieds birtdhay, just as a part of the celebration. And celebrate, we did! :D These were so fun to work with.It took some time to figure out how to do them, wasted a couple in the process of figuring out :P . But all in all They were very good. It is in the form of paper and they can be caught on fire if not done properly (from experiece). So, first see some vedios in the youtube or something and then you are good to go and njoy!! The feeling of seeing them in the sky is the best. It has been 3 months back and I can still remember it like yesterday.
