I have ADHD and was out of my medication for a few weeks and bought these hoping they might help. The first few days, I could notice a small difference--I would say probably 20% of the focus I get from medication, but it quickly dissipated within an hour or two. I continued taking them, and after about two weeks I can honestly say I definitely noticed an improvement in my focus, memory, and the overall duration of effect. As others have said, it's certainly not a miracle pill and for my fellow ADHDers, this likely won't be able to replace your medication long term. But, for the average person looking for a boost in focus, I think it would be perfect! My only complaint is the texture. I've taken Olly gummy vitamins in the past which are very chewy--these are completely different. The only description I can give is that they are extremely easy to chew through, but thick. The first time I tried them they made me gag, so now I just split them in two and swallow them to avoid what feels like a very creepy texture to me. Lol But, a lot of people really like these and think they taste great, so it might just be a "me" problem. If you also struggle with textures sometimes, just be aware :)

Am on my 3rd bottle and I really can tell they help with me keeping my mind focused. I am 57, post-menopausal and have CRS. Was having a very hard time focusing at work and remembering things. I would recommend to anyone having these issues. They taste great too. Not saying they are the cure all but very helpful.

I finished a full bottle of Lemme Focus to give it a fair chance, but I genuinely didn’t notice any difference in focus, mental clarity, or concentration. I’m sure the vitamins in it offered some benefit to my body, but nothing stood out enough for me to feel a real change. I had wonderful results with Lemme Chill and was hoping this one would give me that “laser-focused” feeling , the kind where I could power through a long to-do list without feeling overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I just didn’t get that from these. On top of the lack of noticeable effects, the texture was much harder and more rubbery to chew compared to the soft Lemme Chill gummies. I won’t be repurchasing these. That said, I still plan to try more products from Kourtney’s line that could benefit me and will continue giving each one a fair chance and honest review.

I only bought one bottle of the Focus gummies and was so impressed with the taste — they’re like old school Scooby doo gummies if anyone knows that point of reference. I certainly didn’t feel any immediate brain/thinking effects after taking these but maybe I need to be consistent with them longer than a month to see an effect. I tried the Matcha energy gummies in comparison, which are RANCID and do not taste like matcha at all. They taste like a bunch of bad saccharine candle scents mixed together. I also don’t see a noticeable difference to warrant the $30 price tag. If you’re looking for a daytime booster vitamin from Gimme, go with these Focus ones flavor wise. For night time, the melatonin gummies are equally as delicious and in my opinion, are the Gimme gummy that has the greatest effect.
