This model is TT (table top) you can put this product on table.You can put 20 liters can (bottle) on above of this but STORAGE CAPACITY OF WATER TANK IS 4.5 LITERS.

Why hot water is not coming ? Even though the switch is on

You need to knob on left and press water flow. After 1 glass of cold water you will get hot water coming. If not.. Get it checked through service center.
