Good explanations
Well structured manual of HIIT exercises and how the program works on the body. I'm particularly impressed with how individual exercises are laid out for the reader.

Excellent resource on HIIT
Very clear, informative and easy to read/understand. Author's experience is clear, expertise is shared in a way that is empowering to readers. Quality of photography very much in line with what the text portions are explaining to the reader--and it's good. The book focuses on giving the reader a good sense of what they can do to make HIIT part of their life, with tools and steps to follow for any level of athlete. More than one dimensional, this is a book that a reader can go back to, time and again, as they progress in their HIIT journey, in order to add a variety to their own workouts and HIIT protocols that will best suit their own evolving circumstances.

Great book, and a great read.
I wanted to know what HIIT was all about, and this book certainly delivered. It tells you all about the different types of HIIT, such as insanity, p90x etc, and explains how to train like them. There is a brief section on nutrition, although if you follow it, it will bring results. The book is well written, and was a joy to read. The pictures and descriptions are very clear, as are the programmes. I highly reccomend this book.

Solid
This is a solid approach to interval training. It can be modified and applied to many different modalities. The research is sound. I love HIIT training with Kettlebells and will be more selective in my techniques, rest periods and weekly sessions as a result of this book.
