Nokia 105 (Dual SIM, Black)

As always Nokia never stops manufacturing the strongest mobile in the market. This phone is really good when it comes to battery life, body quality. I bought this phone for mainly the call recording feature and the external sd card slot which helps me if I want to record someone's call. This would be a good purchase if you are really looking for a basic as well as useful phone which comes handy if your smart phone breaks down.

My grandma didn't have ny difficulty in getting used to the product. Also as my support mobile it works as expected with good battery life and call quality. But the loud speaker is lil weak making it little hard to know if the phone rings.

for the given price, the phone is excellent. however, the battery life is not very impressive as compared to other nokia phones in this range. i would suggest to go for a little higher price phone for a better experience. size wise the phone is best because it fits well in your pocket along with your other smart phone.

I order this phone for my father. Its good phone easy to use keyboard is good space between keyboard that easy to type number.1. Sound quality is better.2. Battery backup around 4 day.3. By far the best phone launched by nokia in this price range. I am using this phone as a back up.Some observations.PROS:1. Battery - it never lets you down. It last at a week.2. Call Quality- compared to smartphone. This cute Lil one gives u the best call quality.3. Ergonomics: its curvy design easily fits in ur palm.4. Weight: the light weight design N use of polycarbonate shell makes it's light in weight and durable.CONS:1. Rugged quality: previous Nokia phone remember like the legendary 1100 the unbreakables. The same rugged quality is missing. But it serves the purpose.I'm using this bcz I'm not allowed to use smartphone in office.

I have buy this mobile Nokia 105-DS in the month of April-2018, after 3 months I started getting issue of "Mic and Earpiece" in the mobile as voice call quality is not good and getting more disturbance when I am on call. Later I got information from Nokia Customer Care that they will arrange pick up and replace the mobile in 7 Working Days with complain no: 426975. So, I handover my mobile to Blue Dart Courier, but now its more than 35 days still I did not received any replacement of mobile. Many times I call to Nokia Customer Care but no proper response as every time same response wait for 48 hours. Later I sent email to [email protected] and given all the information to them even after that still did not get any proper response. So, I request Nokia to replace My Mobile as soon as possible as I fed up every time contacting with Nokia Customer Support.
