Good alternative to prescriptions
These work well for me, they took a few days to actually feel different but if I miss a day now, I can feel it. Its suttle but helpful for stress and depression relief. They do not make me feel sleepy nor caffeinated, just even emotions, peaceful. I have recommended to family and friends over prescription.

Good product helps with symptoms
I've been using this for a while. My sleep has improved and it's also helped with fluid retention.. I was told by endocrinologist that my base cortisol levels are really high haven't been retested but since it's helped with symptoms I'm assuming it's effective. I have tried other similar products this one is only one I've actually seen improvements with.. Reasonably priced and easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach, no smell or after taist.

To me it working
I just started yaking two or three days ago and is feeling better already. My energy is back, my body dont feel weird, it most be working, I have no explanation other than its the pills

These are not for me
I don’t know why but usually I can take anything and get good results but with this it have me headaches. I stopped taking them and the headaches went away so I know it was this product causing them. It’s just not for me I guess so sad!

This product is very good for helping me to get the much needed rest at night and it has an amazing complex of 15 different minerals and herbs , especially Magnesium.

Waking up with lower blood pressure readings!
Excellent! I’ve been taking these for a week and they really work. I wake up feeling fully rested and another unexpected benefit is that something in this has really lowered my blood pressure in the mornings. I wish I had found this along time ago. I will definitely buy this again!
