Great product. It’s listening up muscle in hips and other joints. I’m sure it does wonders for the blood flow too. My doctor and nurse recommend (your product) for my body stiffness. It’s working out great. The nurse has the same model. So yes I’m loving it.

So far, so good. I’m impressed with how quiet it is. I bought it hoping to help with bone density. I’m curious to see how my bone density test looks next year compared to my prior one. It’s also very relaxing so I’ve been using it for a few minutes before bed.

Works great, easy set up! My body is more relaxed, and you can use it just on your calves if you want or your thighs, simply by laying your legs on the vibration plate. The remote control is very handy- you don’t have to step off of the vibration plate while it’s running to stop it (which could be dangerous ) you just press the button on the remote. I love this thing!

Love using this product and is a great value for the price and it also has a Life Time Warranty. It is alittle different to get use to, if you have never been on a teeter-totter vibration plate. You can really feel that it is working, even from the first time you use it.

Guys do not buy. It caught fire. It could of burnt the house down. I was lucky my boyfriend was home to hurry and toss it outside. I'm currently working with Amazon on a refund. Had just over 2 months. Im not sure if the battery came loose and caught fire or what happened but this is an extreme fire hazard. Also, I was not using this or was it plugged in when it started to pop and fumes started to come out from under. When looking at the reviews is appears this happened to someone else recently. Please do not buy this!!

This does exactly what I intended it for. I have troubke with my legs and circulation because of my MS and this plate really stimulates the fatigued muscles in my legs and helps with lymphatic drainage. For someone who has trouble doing intense workouts, this really has been an excellent tool for my overall health. I searched many other styles and the reviews were not great on competitors plates but this one is the real deal. It is the perfect size, built well and easy to tuck away and move from room to room. I love this machine. I use it 4 times a week.

It is made well and easy to use. It doesn’t come with a manual on how each programmed setting is calibrated but you can override them.

Sturdy and easy to use. I can tell it lowered my cortisol levels shortly after I started using it. I can’t explain how, but my recurrent sugar cravings have been gone for a month, and I haven’t changed a thing in my routine other than incorporating this device. Also, I can feel how it moves stagnant energy.

UPDATE: Vendor has very kindly helped me with the broken vibration plate, so I've updated the stars. I'm very grateful as they were kind and quick to help. Absolutely love this vibration plate, but I should note that my first one broke after 9 months (might be a fluke). I used it 5-15 min every night, and one day one side just gave out. Clunk. I was quite sad!! No jumping, no stepping on and off or any strange use....just 9 months and it gave out. As mentioned, the vendor was very helpful with my issue, and I have a new vibration plate so fingers crossed.

(N'a pas de fonction de chaleur,mais moi je n'en aurais pas eu d'utilité) Très satisfaite !
