I tried using the metal hooks but I couldn't get any hair. I tried the plastic hook on the end of the spatula and it worked well. I assume the next time I use the cap, that it will be even easier due to the holes being widened from 1st use. This is a good value for the utensils and caps. The inner plastic lining makes it a bit hard to pull hair, I removed the lining and it worked perfectly.

These are standard hats and brushes. A big plus is the metal hooks. This is a good value.

It did what it was meant to do. I used it to do low lights. They came out good.

I need these to do highlights in my daughter's hair and they worked perfectly for that. Simple and easy to use, it was a fantastic fine and at a great price!

Although I understand why the second layer of plastic is in the cap, to avoid excess color going in places you don't want it too, it makes it very difficult to poke through the two layers to get the hair out! We gave up. The tools are handy for spreading the dye but the cap was difficult and ended up being painful for the person who had it on because you literally have to poke with the sharp hook through the tight cap towards the person's skull! Ouch!

Exactly what I needed! This kit saves me a trip to the salon and allows me to do my highlights as I want and need. The caps are good quality and the bleach doesn't soak in or anything that it isn't supposed to. These are a good value and they arrived quickly.

Ich bin zufrieden. Die Haube kann man ausspüllen und mehrmals verwenden. Meine Meinung nach sind diese Hauben besser als die Silikon Hut Haube, die ich zuerst gekauft habe. Die Silikon Haube rutscht nach oben und es entsteht Abstand vom Kopfhaut so werden die Stränchen nicht dicht an der Kopfhaut gefärbt. Allerdins habe ich aus der Bewudy Haube die inner dünne Folie entfernt (weil sie die Arbeit erschwert) und die Löcher, vor dem vor dem rausziehen der Stränchen, mit einer dünnen Stricknadel gemacht
